Only thing thing I liked was the price

The room was deceptively small the description tricked the The consumer bathroom so small couldn't even turn around in the shower without bumping into the wall The Wi-Fi didn't work at all The name they gave for the Wi-Fi was no good

I was disappointed from the false description used. lack of any reasonable accommodation, and requirement to pay the $199 incidentals fee before you could proceed or get basic info needed.

I called and messaged Booking.com thru the miserable stay from Check-in to urgent departure. Pls review my msgs and efforts by me and Booking to resolve MULTIPLE issues. Entry was several steep steps and the lodging floor was PROMOTED as main floor: it was the BASEMENT, 16 steep steps Down, freezing cold, no working heat, no emergency exit, no posted emergency exit, and I told them I had a special needs daughter and concerned about the stairs and they said don’t worry about it. It’s only one flight. There was no elevator, there was no way out, except to go back up the same staircase. It was a fire trap. No working heat finally a repair man came a day later and was calling back-and-forth for help because he couldn’t get it to work. Finally, he rigged it to get us through and said he would be back the next day to fix the broken bed. I called booking.com again doing the middle of the night around 4:05 AM because it was so cold and we were freezing sleeping in layers and winter hats and coats. My calls were routed to Hong Kong and the turnaround time and ability to get the issues resolved never happened. I am a genius level member and have been with booking for over two decade I believe and right now I am at a zero level of desire to come back. Left 2 days early from a fully paid book & moved daughter to a safe, warm hotel and that added $300 to trip. Booking.com insulted my intelligence by sending a $11 refund and no resolution; I requested to be moved. No solutions or resolutions. Horrible uncaring property owner. No reason that property should be allowed to operate with no emergency plans posted false promotions of a main floor labeling when it’s really a basement that was freezing cold and no response, except to say no other guest complained. Every guest is different. Every expectation of basic needs should be met. The room was so very cold.

The apartment was clean

The Internet was not consistent and would drop. You have to log onto multiple router which the signal was weak on all. As the TV requires the same WiFi connection it was unusable. I contacted the property via WhatsApp as the number rang out and got no reply. It also snowed the first night and the entrance was not ploughed, leading to the concrete steps being an ice rink the next day. For the next two nights no salt was put down at the front if the building.

Lived the location and property. I felt very safe and everything was nearby as far as grocery shopping and my commute to work.

There was not anything I did not like about the property. It was quiet and peaceful. I would come back again in the future.
