How clean it was.

It didn’t say that the kitchen was shared. That I’d have the entire home. Which was a lie. You can only use the stove top and not the oven?? why? There’s a damage fee but it won’t be returned if there’s damage which makes sense. But also if you break the rules??

"Bait & Switch"

This was not what was pictured on the website. This is an apartment building in a sketchy part of town. This is an unattended location. I was emailed a list of instructions on how to get into the main building and then, into my room. I was able to get in the front door and was immediately assaulted by the smell of Marijuana which has permeated the building. I couldn't get into the door to my room. The only way to communicate with the site was texting through Booking.com. Ultimately, I was never able to get into my room. At 11pm I had to Uber to an actual hotel.
