For the amount of days i stayed there was only 2 hand towels and 2 hand towels. Access to a broom would have been great.

HAD TO TALK WITH SOME GUY ON A PHONE TO GET IN. WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO LOOK AT THE ROOM BEFORE WE AGREED TO TAKLE IT. STEPS ARE VERY STEEP TO GET TO THE ROOM. THE SHEET ON THE BED WAS WRINKLED WHEN I PULLED THE COVERS BACK(LIKE IT WASNT MADE AFTER SOMEONE SLEPT IN IT. WHEN I FINALLY GOT DIRECTIONS FROM THE VOICE ON THE PHONE IT TOLD ME TO DOWNLOAD AN APP. WHAT DO PEOPLE DO WITH OUT A PHONE. WE HAD TO PUT A DEPOSIT ON THE ROOM 225 DOLLARS AND DIDENT GET ALL OF IT BACK. WHAT A RACKET THESE GUYS GOT. DEFIANTLY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. THERE WAS ONE WASH CLOTH IN THE ROOM. IF THE BATHROOM DOR WAS OPENED YOU CANT GET OUT OF THE ROOM. INCONVENIENT

We just wanted the location close to the museum.

Room is too narrow to accommodate a couple of guests. There's almost no space for our luggage to sit on. (we had one standard trunk and one carry-on suit case. ) The bed is set up to the wall. The bed mattress on top is a kind of soft material stuff. No closet/hanging space and even no enough hooks on the wall. No extra chairs we could used to put our clothes. They charges higher security deposit and give very detailed restrictions to ask guest to maintaining cleanness.

Fair price, good enough location. The space was very good, spacious room and bathroom.

I had a strange experience here. When I first arrived, my room was open, and there was a woman in my room watching TV, her stuff all over. I told her that that was supposed to be my room, and she said we should wait for her husband. Minutes later the husband arrived, I showed him my reservation, and he was kinda pissed because he said he had booked the whole floor (which had my suite and one more). They eventually picked up their stuff and left. But they left the room smelling of cigarettes - I don't smoke. I called the number on Booking and the man was rude, he kept blaming me for leaving the door to my room open - but I was never in the room before! I was checking in, and had just arrived from Washington.
