It was clean

No Wi-Fi, staff made too much noise Sunday morning and night, and I’m upset about the entire stay

Nothing There was no heating in the room during winter, then also no water. So I moved to another place asking for refund. I asked for refund, this place just stays silent and also Booking.com is silent as well. Both are fast and happy to get clients money, but in case of problems hotel as well as Booking.com just sit silent, hoping clients will forget about it. Just pure madness and lack of any sense of customer service. Wondering why Booking.com keeps such a places listed, pure business and money making without any respect towards client.

Cleanliness, safety

We were really disappointed with our stay. The space was extremely small and did not match the listing photos, which felt misleading from the start. On top of that, several basic amenities we paid for did not work. The hot water only worked intermittently, the WiFi was completely down, and since the TV was a Roku device that relies on WiFi, it was unusable as well. We called the property manager using the number provided and were told someone was on the way to fix the issues. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up. We stayed up waiting in the evening, expecting help, but eventually had to give up and go to sleep. Due to these ongoing problems, we ended up leaving a day early. To make matters worse, we later received an email stating that deposit reimbursements are prioritized for guests who leave reviews, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, this experience was frustrating and not what we expected based on the listing.
