The location was nice.

The room smelled stale. The beds were not made. The toilet bowl was dirty. The room was not cleaned before I arrived. My roommate and I didn't even stay at the residence. The beds were so dirty. We ended up not spending the night and just leaving.

It was clean, staff was helpful although not in the best area, I did feel safe

There was a cigarette smell, the blinds in my room was stained, the bed kept sliding away from the wall and the sheets had stains.

Nothing. I had to book another place couldn’t stay there.

Both beds were broken. It was unsuitable to stay there. Bad odor. Dirty.

The front door was decorated nicely

It was close to central Philly. It was separated from the other units. The codes were easy to remember. The place was not horrible, but it could have improved a few things like the bed situation and the draft in my room.

The bed was broken upon arrival, and the community was not great. My door would sometimes not lock. Also, each night was uncomfortable to sleep due to the broken bed and draft in the room. Overall, I was not happy with my stay and would like to be credited some of my money back.

I am beyond disappointed with this property in Philadelphia. I traveled all the way from Canada for a weekend stay (2 nights), and this was easily the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had despite traveling extensively across North America and Europe. Within minutes of arriving, I kept some of my stuff on the bed and the entire bed collapsed to the floor. When we checked underneath, we were shocked to see that instead of proper legs or a frame, paint boxes were being used to hold the bed up. It was clearly broken and dangerously unstable. The problems didn’t end there. The temperature control didn’t work, there was no hot water in the shower, and the bathroom had no toilet paper or hand soap — basic essentials that should never be missing in any paid accommodation. Property management was contacted immediately multiple times. They acknowledged the issues and said they would get back to us, but no one ever did. Eventually they stopped responding completely, leaving us stuck with a broken bed and no solution. To make matters worse, the location felt unsafe. In the middle of the night, heavily intoxicated homeless individuals began banging aggressively on the door and screaming for it to be opened. It was terrifying, and we genuinely feared for our safety.
