Good location, easy access to Cardiff Bay and Cardiff centre (if you don't mind a little walk). The flat was spacious, which probably helped with the heat.

The whole flat was outdated, nothing like the pictures on the site, especially the bathroom, windows where very dirty, mattress stained which always put me off and duvet riped. Could have done with some extra coffee and some essentials like bin bags and salt and pepper. The Internet was very poor, and the door was hard to shut without slamming it, so it was not ideal when coming back from a gig at midnight.

The apartment didn’t have the water-view balcony shown in the photos. It also felt quite dated, wasn’t very clean, and had an unpleasant smell.

Clean reasonably

Check-in staff didn’t know where it was. Parking spot was taken so had to take someone else’s which was concerning

Two adults and a 9 year old child thay provide a normal double bed. Even no safa bed. And no additional blanket or anything. 4 days staying there have only two tea bags and two instant coffee packets. During the shower hot water gone. Called but they repair on next day. Wash basin at washroom blocked. Etc

Convenient location in Cardiff Bay, 15 min walk from Mermaid Quay and the Wales Millennium centre, with a great food shop very close on Dumballs road (Cardiff Food Centre). Secure, gated residence with access to a gym and pool. Modern flat with good amenities (flat screen TV, iron and ironing board, microwave, clothes hanger).

Cleanliness very poor (thick dust under the bed, two condom wrappers behind the bedside table, oven covered in burnt splashes of food). Despite staying for 8 nights, I didn't get the extra cleaning and change of linen announced. Some of the e cheap, nonstick cookware was scratched and peeling. Only a tiny tube of dishwashing liquid provided, which may explain why none of the plates in the cupboard looked clean. But the location was ideal for me and I spent very little time in the flat. It could be perfect with the proper maintenance.
