Vittorio, the host, was very responsive. Our apartment, one on the lower (semi-basement) level, was spacious and had a sizable patio landscaped with attractive greenery. From what I could tell, the units on the floors above us must have been of similar size and had balconies. The layout was attractive and the vaulted ceiling was also attractive. With the windows closed, it was pretty quiet.

The unit was farther from the historic center than we realized--perhaps a 10 minute walk. Services are not abundant in the neighborhood. One issue specific to our unit was the entryway. The door is relatively short and the ceiling vaulting at that point requires a little ducking. We got used to it quickly.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Palazzo Clemente and felt very comfortable during our stay. The apartment was very clean, modern, and well-furnished. The host, Vittorio, was extremely kind and accommodating, making our experience even better. The location was perfect, with free parking available right in front of the property.

The only small improvement we would suggest is to provide a bit more cutlery, a pair of scissors, and more places to hang towels in the apartment.

Lovely well equipped, comfortable apartment near to the station and a short walk from the middle of town and beaches. Particularly liked having a private terrace and use of a rooftop terrace. A lovely place to have a late night glass of wine.

Location great. Breakfast staff lovely.

Very tired needed some attention drapes coming of windows, shower doors of hinges, bathroom mouldy in parts of shower. Sheets had small holes.Cigarette butt left on balcony after cleaners had been.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious! Everything was brand new and styled nicely. The rooftop was an added bonus. Short walk to historic center. Hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for the area.

The apartment & building roof top terrace were stunning. So beautifully appointed with modern facilities whilst still highlighting the traditional building and Monopoli brick ceilings. The property manager Vittorio was really friendly and super helpful in welcoming us into the apartment, recommendations for Monopoli and answers to my questions. The location was great, short walk to historic centre and to the train station. Great value for money - the apartment exceeded our expectations particularly when we compared it to our friend's smaller accommodation in the historic centre for double the cost we paid.

It wasn't a problem but would have been great if the kitchen included a toaster.

Location was fantastic and easy to find a car park. Quiet location but a short walk to the the historic centre of Monopoli. The apartment was very clean and very well appointed. The host Vittorio was prompt, friendly and had plenty of good local knowledge.
