Great location - within walking distance to town, beaches, station and easy to get to via car. Property was very clean and lovely. There is a lift for bags and stays on the upper floor. Would recommend this place for friends and family and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very close to the historical center and the waterfront. Super clean and attentive/responsive host at all times. The host shared restaurant and beach recommendations too.

Vittorio, who managed the building was incredibly helpful. He gave us recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The apartment looked just like the pictures and was beautiful. It had an espresso machine including a milk frother a big plus in my book! The bathroom was lovely and spacious.

The only negative was that the floor length window in our bedroom backed into a courtyard where another family was staying and their young children liked to bang on it early in the morning! Perhaps this could just be mentioned to anyone renting that apartment, so that parents are aware and can make sure their children don’t do that.

Modern, clean , good location , very helpful host , quiet , all in all , worth a visit

The bed has no base so it’s practically at floor level - if you have any mobility issues , bad back etc , then it’s too low for you and not safe . We survived it , but it’s not practical and also has a step down onto the floor which is dangerous at night !

Newly renovated Perfect for multiple families

The apartments are beautifully designed and renovated. Super comfortable beds and pillows! Great location, 10minute walk to the beach. close to many cafes and supermarkets and peaceful at night. We loved staying in Monopoli.

We stayed for 5 nights so disappointed there was no washing machine (I should have checked amenities)We were given Fresh bath towels on request .

Vittorio was extremely helpful from the moment we booked the accommodation. He was very friendly and provided a huge amount of local Knowledge regarding restaurants and tour options. It was extremely clean and comfortable.

It was perfect.
