Whole building looks like it's been renovated lately, apartment was super clean. It's close to the city centre in few minutes You can go to fine restaurant or beach. Vittorio took care of everything for us, he answers every question, we asked for baby crib we got baby chair also. Apartment is fully equipped with microvave oven, electric stove, dishwasher and a coffee machine. When we arrived afterhours Vittorio was waiting for in hotel which is not so common in other hotels or b&b's. Hotel has only 3 floors which makes it cozy place. On 3rd floor is a lovely terrace with chairs and sunbed where you can chill out.

Wow, where to begin. A beautifully renovated period building with tastefully refurbished apartments. We stayed in the maisonette which was perfect for our needs with a 4 month old baby. The apartment is fitted to the highest standards. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Big comfortable beds and massive bathroom. The AC is also powerful. Our host met us in person and gave us so excellent recommendations for the local area. If we ever visit Monopoli again we will 100% stay here again, we absolutely loved it.

Cooking a meal was a liitle challenging and not having a freezer for ice.

Beautiful brand new apartment. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Everything you need in there as well as fabulous air con. Coffee pods, water, milk, soaps and cleaning supplies. Everything was considered. Brilliant location, super close to the old town but on a very peaceful street. Host Vittorio was fantastic, great communication and super helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Location was excellent. Short walk to the train station and old town. Exceptional host - Vittorio made sure we were all settled and had everything that we need. Very easily contactable and gave us excellent recommendations. Beautiful modern apartment - air conditioning was a saviour, and the terrace is beautiful.

- perfect blend of history and modern comfort. - spacious, modern accommodations, breathtaking views, on terrace on 3-rd floor and top-notch amenities - the rooms are exactly like in pictures, even more elegant and very clean - air conditioning is centralized for all apartment, very modern setup and control - close to historic city center, but also there a few beaches at max 1.5 km, very nice also for kids(14,15 years old) and swimming - parking is free in the area and for sure you can find a place - monopoli is magic after sunset. Don’t miss the romantic experience - with a car in 15-20 minutes you have a lot of places to go: alberobello, ostuni, polignano a mare, zoosafari fasanolandia , locorotondo and more

Fresh renovated apartment in historical house with a care and professional attitude from developer and architect. Nice bathroom and kitchen, perfect shower. Kind and help-fool stuff. Close to beach bus line stop :). Thank you!

If to search for something critical then - wide roof terrace only when you sit down the fence blocks nice views to the city (could be open in some places to enjoy this fully).
