Absolutely first class. Everything was brand new and to the very highest standard. Great location close to all restaurants and site seeing. Roof top deck was absolutely fabulous and great for pre dinner drinks

The apartment was very clean and modern. The host was super helpful. It was very convenient that there was a lift in the building, as we went with two strollers for our children. The location was great even though it was a short walk from the old town. The roof top terrace was spacious and beautiful, and with an amazing view! We loved our stay in Monopoli and will be back!

The apartment in Palazzo Clemente is beautiful, very modern and very clean! We always found a free parking space around the building. The host is super friendly and gave us lots of tips. We would definitely book this accommodation again!

Vittorio is a great host, meeting us on arrival and providing recommendations. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, quiet, good location and has a lovely roof terrace.

It was a wonderful vacation for our family. The entire facility is gorgeous. Everywhere is very clean, the staff is nice and always smiling. After request, we received a baby cot and a high chair, which made our life much easier :) The roof terrace is a great place to relax at any time of the day. I hope we will visit this place soon. We will recommend it to all our friends.

For a longer stay, it would be nice if cleaning products were replenished automatically. There is also a lack of cleaning equipment, so you have to ask the staff to wash the floor (which was not a problem :)) These are just a little suggestions, this place is really great!!!

Vittorio was warm and accomadating and always willing to answer any questions about the property/area nothing was too much we wanted a extra blanket and a iron it was there in a jiffy. Vittorio was one of the best hosts I've encountered on my travels he even reccommeded some nice places to eat. The apartment was flawless completely new with everything you need. The shower was amazing, the TV's were great and all your cooking utensils available would definitely come back. Thank you Vittorio again for your hospitality.
