New studio flat overlooking city centre

Nicely presented and very clean, modern with good water pressure for the shower and facilities are thoughtful, like the mini fridge, microwave, tea making facilities and tv. Location is great for Kingston, Hampton court and getting into central London.

There are bright string lights on all night in the alley outside the windows, and they are on the level of the windows, and the curtains are very thin, so could use a black out blind or a liner in the curtains to make the room darker for a better nights sleep. The music from the deli downstairs is quite loud at times during opening hours but as they shut at 8pm its not a big problem for sleeping.

The quality is very good, everything was perfect. Location, you can sleep well, restaurants nearby, and many other things.

The pillows gave me a backache but then I found an extra better pillow

Great location and well appointed flat. The bed was comfy, but firm. Good water pressure and easy check in.

There’s an automatic light between the bedroom and bathroom. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. It’s not loud, but people do walk in the passage way below and talk.
