New studio flat overlooking city centre

Fantastic location right in the centre of town and a short walk from the river.

Tea bags were available with a kettle but there were no coffee or milk cartons available. This is a nice easy fix to keep most guests happy.

It is centrally located in a quiet part of the town. The bed was extremely comfortable, and bathroom is a decent size and well fitted out. There's a microwave and a good small fridge which is very useful. The owner was very helpful and very communicative.

There isn't much space to sit, but that's why it's such good value, and if you really only need a place to sleep and wash it's fabulous.

Located in the town centre, close to all pubs and restaurants. Comfy bed.

Excellent location, nicely decorated, comfy bed and air con was fantastic in the summer.

Curtain rail broken and the water didn’t drain from the shower.

Good and beautiful location, very helpful host with further questions, nice cafes around and short walking distance to Thames walk. 10 mins bus ride from train station.

One night it was quite noisy due to young people on the street (some Pubs around) (not host fault). The other night there was nothing. You can hear neighbor coming and leaving.

Our host was extremely accommodating and the room was perfectly clean and inviting, as well as being located in the heart of Kingston overlooking one of its prettiest alleys. There are plenty of food and drink options around and it's easy to reach central London from there as the room is only a 2-3 minute walk away from Kingston train station. I also appreciated its private entrance tucked away from the main street.

The surrounding area gets quite rowdy on a Friday/Saturday night with obnoxious drunk people everywhere, but then again this has nothing to do with the host and the room itself. And it was only a problem at night. I find Kingston to be pretty, lively, and fun overall during the day. Also just saying but it's not really a flat (there isn't a kitchen, just a microwave and a kettle), more like a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Not a complaint from my end though as I don't cook when I travel.
