New studio flat overlooking city centre

The place was clean and tidy. Check in and check out with no issues or any problem regarding communication. The location is perfect, surrounded by a lot of cafes and stores and really close to the train station.

Only think that you have to consider, if you are sensitive about noise it might be a problem as there is another flat beside yours and also noise from the street. For me, it wasn't as an issue.

Nicely decorated and in an excellent location.

Limited tea/coffee. Could have provided some tea bags, milk and sweetener or brown sugar sachets. Towels could have been more uniform and there could have been a bath mat provided. The flat next door was very disruptive and had people coming in and out throughout the night and into the early hours, making lots of noise. I wasn’t able to get much sleep the entire stay. The internet service for the smart TV didn’t work and so I wasn’t able to use the TV. The apartment could have been cleaner, corners and skirting boards were very dusty. The staircase leading up to the apartment is quite dirty and needs to be cleaned.

Ideal if you are searching for a quiet place in an English traditional city center. All facilities are at walking distance including M&S super Market with tasty ready food and the railway station from where to reach London in less than 30 minutes. The owners are super polite, fast responsive and supportive with information and what you might need. In our case an umbrella that discretely appeared within minutes. Comfortable bed. Warm toilet with shower. Microwave, cattle and mini fridge. We couldn't ask for more. Looking forward to come back. Highly advised.

Very well and thoughtfully laid out with high quality items. The bed was very comfortable and the room had more than sufficient storage. Owner was very helpful and went out of the way to supply a iron on our request.

Only problem we had was noise from construction work across the street. Not really a property problem though.

Loads of cafes and restaurants around so it stayed quite noisy during the night.

Cosy studio flat, nice bathroom, was good to have a microwave and small fridge. Fantastic location, just around the corner from the main shopping area.

Erratic TV service, very noisy in the passageway outside in the evening due to bars in the vicinity. There was a lot of noise from the restaurant downstairs due to staff playing loud music after closing.
