Coastal Comfort Homestay in Santa Monica

It's a great location for getting to Santa Monica or UCLA. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet at night. Public transportation is nearby, making it easy to catch a bus. The owner is welcoming, and his handbook is straightforward. The room is big and comfortable for me as one person, and it's clean! As long as you follow the rules, you'll have an enjoyable stay in Santa Monica. There's nothing I disklike about, but I'd say the location and distance will be the main factors for those visitors who also want to explore the city of LA. If you frequently go to Central LA or Downtown LA, this might not be the most convenient spot. While it's great for reaching Santa Monica or Westwood by car or bus, traveling to Central LA or DTLA can take over an hour by bus or cost quite a bit via Uber. So, think about where you’ll be going most often.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Clean room and two bottles of water provided. Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom.

The floor was creaking too much.

Position good, room big. The manager is kind, he solved our problems with parking very fast. Moreover, another guest mistakenly took our room, he handled this problem very fast, even if it was late when we checked in.

The room was cold at night, the little timed warmer was not enough to grant a proper temperature, it was really unpleasant. Moreover, the bed was not so comfortable, and the pillows as well. It also needs better shaders, lots of light in the morning.
