rooms have a bad odor like an old building .over charge for pets they first charge $57.00 for my chihuahuas then another $35.00 for the dogs. then the next a day charge me $45.00 again for saying that they didn't know about the dogs. it was the same guy who checked me. here it is a week later and they just charge another $40.00. I checked out on Friday morning. here it is Tuesday morning. next time I'll just ride out the hurricane at home

Disgusting! Smelled of cat urine, everything was filthy! Holes in blankets, no towels. Absolutely gross.

No hot water. The hallway reeked of marijuana.

I was charged for 2 rooms and only got 1 told to contact booking.com to get my money back sent message and was blocked??? Room smelled like an ash tray... Was told when we arrived there were no rooms and booking.com kept sending people then told there were rooms but were dirty I offered to clean them because we lost our home from hurricane... Then they came up with my reservation but only one room I'm just trying to get my money back for the room we didn't get... No receipt was given nothing...

Smell... carpets were really dirty... But at the same time I had no problem cleaning the room and bought air freshener s thankful they were able to give us a room... But feel as if they were telling people with reservations they were booked and charging more money for walk ins (a guess) but we witness a lot of mad people...

solo la ubicación

la resepcionista, solo habla chino, se tardó 1hora y 20 minutos en el check in. el asensor apesta a perro sin bañar. La ducha no tenia agua caliente y tira muy poca agua, había cucarachas en el baño, la cafetera, el televisor y la nevera no funcionan, la puerta fue forzada y solo tiene una serradura, el sofa cama se le sienten los esprines, y toda se ve viejo y desgastado, el cuarto huele mal. El hielo hay que pedirlo en el loby. Cuando me queje del agua de la ducha la señora que ahora estaba y hablaba ingles de dijo con sierto sarcasmo que apenas un par de horas atrás estaba bien, el mensaje fué claro," qudate así, no vamos a trabajar con eso ahora". El asensor en el parking no funciona y hay mucha basura por allí.
