HORROR HOUSE DREADFUL

The worse “hotel” - dirty, nasty bugs crawling around the bed, human discharge on the walls, filthy, stains and holes on the bedding, murky smells, bathroom gross. This place should not be listed as a family friendly place at ALL

No pool, no restaurant, no bar, smelled musty, coffee pot had old coffee that had molded over, I was promised a 10% discount, but it wasn’t reflected on my receipt, could not discuss with front desk staff because no one could be found. I felt like I was staying at the hotel from the Shining.

Everything. Old and run down.

I didn’t like anything about the property we got stuck in the staircase and it took him 35 minutes to get us out

The spa and shower if I had to pick something we liked.

Dirty,bed was supposed to be king size, T.Vs didn’t work, no robes in room like advertised,fridge smelled,only two towels when we had a spa and shower and didn’t sleep good because bed was hard and blanket was thin like a throw blanket instead of a cover or duvet.Advertising was nothing like being there. Pictures were better than actually being there.

Great location and very clean, but musty smell and overpriced for what you got.

NOTHING.... Do not stay there. Its disgusting.

The room was so disgusting that I did not stay there. I am awaiting a refund. I was told Booking.com will help with this process and my refund. I have pictures of the room. The ac was broke and torn apart. The toilet had been used and not flushed or cleaned , and the tub was so dirty it looked like it had not been cleaned ever.
