The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to family gathering. The room was clean and the matress comfortable. Was fine for our one night stay.

The facility needs updating. Seemed like only 1 elevator was working. The sink was cracked, and the tub was discolored and very worn looking. Decor was dated and worn. Smoke detector missing from ceiling. Had to turn on lamps by hand.

The two ladies at the front desk were very nice.

During check-in, although there were only 2 people in front of me, took 1 hour! The rooms were absolutely disgusting; the sheets were dirty, the bathroom light kept flickering and would not turn on often times, both bed sheets had black stains on them, the hallways smelled like weed, the door had gunk on it. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We almost always stay at 3-star hotels, there is no way that this hotel deserves even 2 stars! I don't know if we will be using Booking.com/Priceline anymore since we made the decision based on their ratings.

Please do not stay at this property. It was by far the worst “hotel” experience I’ve ever had. Someone else even had our key and entered without our permission during the most inappropriate moment. The front desk was made aware and did nothing to resolve the situation. It was unacceptable and if that had been the only issue, maybe I wouldn’t have the worst review…but unfortunately the room was disgusting. Holes in the wall and mold. Towels did not smell clean and because I did sleep in the bed, I try not to think about the sheets. Overall, spend the extra $40 to stay down the road.
