"Property was OK other than the hallways were hot and my room was moldy, and the AC was not properly maintained"

The location

The hotel was seven layers high the sixth floor, where I was the hallway was extremely warm and when I said something at the counter, she said that she can’t turn the AC on because the boss would get mad the filters on the AC unit in the room have not been cleaned it had poor circulation and took a long time to cool off and the room smelled when I went in the room

The check in staff was amazing.

This place is dirty and outdated. The tub was black. The toilet is disgusting.

I like the sweet room that I did not get to stay in that still have been not to reimburse for and I'm very upset I'm going to write a letter and give you zero on not better Business bureau

There was no way in hell to get a hold of any property manager of any management at all or any worker front desk was closed I even called the after hours number I even called the other number I yelled and yelled and whistled and honked my horn and turned my music up and still nothing spent almost $300 that I did not get reimbursed for I don't even need the reimbursement I just need at least the night that I didn't get to spend there so if you could credit me at night in the suite with the jacuzzi tub that would be great

Very dated! Needs to be remodeled!

Stuffy and a bit old feeling. Wasn't the worst! The TV only had like 6 channels.

"Don’t stay here"

Absolutely nothing. Waited almost an hour, calling ect….to check in and nothing. No one. Had to stay and pay at another place and still haven’t got refunded for this place. Nor have I heard back from anyone….
