Large double room with spacious ensuite

Very spacious, ensuite bedroom with a large shower room. It had everything we needed for our stay, was well equipped, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was presented in a hamper, left outside our door at a time of choosing. There was a great selection of items to eat a drink. Thank you also for providing decaff coffee and tea, (not always available in other b & b's). The only downside was lack of parking along the street, but I think this was probably, on this occasion, due to a party in another property along the road. Very pleased overall.

Very clean and spacious room and ensuite.

Sorry... but breakfast hamper may look good on photo but dry french toast is just dry french toast. Ok, there was jam and marmalade. But it's not that much effort to bake off some baguette (top tip 😉). Some fresh fruit with that banana (strawberry, apple, grapefruit...)... A table in the room would have been nicer to sit at while eating (if eating is absolutely not possible in house). The bed was nice but for two, it's at its narrowest. Good thing there was a thick carpet in the room. But Karen, thank you for your hospitality.

The facilities were superb. My room was large and spacious, the en suite was beautifully decorated, and the shower was great. The property's location was convenient for my walking route, and there were some useful local shops. Karen provided breakfast in a lovely picnic hamper which was left outside my room in the morning and had a good selection of cereals, yoghurt and crispbread. Karen provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Nothing, everything was great.

Very friendly host (Karen). Large bedroom with fridge, kettle and choice of drinks. Very large well equipped en-suite.

Difficult to find a parking spot nearby.

Lovely sized room in good location with everything you would need for a break away. Wonderful breakfast beautifully presented in lovely hamper.

Very comfy bed, linen was lovely and clean and smelt devine.
