Karen was a lovely host fantastic room breakfast was brilliant everything you could want in somewhere to stay one of the best places we have stayed in would recommend to anyone 🙂

Beautiful room. Easy to find, not far from Portsmouth centre. Host was lovely and welcoming. Excellent food facilities near the B&B.

Hosts were lovely and very friendly gave us tips what to see around the area, breakfast was very tasty and ready when requested, I'll definitely go back there again!

The breakfast was very good not to much enough to start the day and left outside the door the time you asked for .

There was nothing we didn’t like the host was very helpful and polite at all times ,telling us places to see and eat.

The room is very tidy, nice and polite owners (very thoughtful), with some chickens in the back garden, yet the area is very quiet, close to Emsworth and it’s beautiful harbour, It’s a great location for those who are looking for a peaceful stay. Southbourne is also close to Portsmouth, especially those who are travelling by train will like this location as the Southbourne station is just around the corner therefore those travelling by train will really like staying here.

There was nothing that I didn’t like, myself I was very happy to stay here with my girlfriend. Parking is free as you can park outside the house (road parking).

I found the situation of the property not to my liking and decided not to stay as the location was not as advertised. No refund available from the owner, no shock.
