Clean n quiet property also local to city center

Very clean on arrival. Quick response when we got in touch with the owners. Very close to Cardiff Queen Street so great transport links if on public transport and close to city centre.

The house was clean and big.

There were big safety issues in the house. There were pins coming thru the staircase going onto the first floor, and my 7 year old daughter cut her back part of her leg, my the pin. This caused her great discomfort and pain. This was in the middle of the staircase, and this incident frightened my daughter, so much she didn't want to go upstairs to her room. This is unacceptable, and I am very disappointed. This should have been checked when the work was done. I put a complaint to the company that deals with the property, and they apologised, I asked for compensation, and the person said they would need to ask the management and would get back to me asap.. No one has gotten back to, and it's been over a week. I am very disappointed with the service. At least, they should have the curtsey to let me know if I could get any compensation. I feel they don't care what happened to my daughter, and I would advise anyone not to book this property. I feel I have been let down badly by the management, and this is not on. My daughter is lucky the pin didn't go inside her leg.

The address was mismatch, but we received the message from the property about right address and lock code. I had never used the lock door before so wasn't aware of how to open it, A video link might help. Also the lock code was different than initially received. One side of neighbourhood wasn't very pleasant - met few drunkyards and few teenager brats.

Too expensive for such small rooms; Poor cleanliness; Very minimalistic inventory with damages and missing items; Almost no storage space; Misleading information on parking costs.

Parking was a nightmare and not made clear when booking. Car had to be moved to be left overnight.

Only thing was couldn’t get TV to connect
