It was a going stay I like the hotel

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is very near to main road so accessibility is good.

Cleaniness and staff - Room and bathroom both were dirty. There was no drining water even. Staff response is below expectations.

I liked nothing about the property.

Everything was bad. Basic facilities provided were below the minimum expectations. It is very bad on part of OYO that they are not monitoring the basic amenities provided by their partner. I have lost trust in OYO.

Location was easy to reach.

Got told that the AC room I had booked was already sold and that booking.com may have shown available but the room was not available. The behaviour and attitude of the manager was exactly opposite of hospitality you expect at a hotel or stay. Offered a Non AC room at the same price i had booked the AC room claiming this was the only available option at the time. Condition of the room offered -Fan was noisy, Bed sheets and blankets had bad stains, pillow cover were far worse from dirty.
