"Disgusting I don’t know how they even are running it out still and they’re not replying to the fact that I want my refun"

I did not like anything they will not give me a refund. They keep ignoring the fact that I got bit up and that my whole body is swollen. They’re dirty. They got bugs all over and nobody is doing anything about it. I couldn’t even stay there I had to leave.

They will not give me a refund. They had bedbugs or whatever type of bugs I was getting bit up. My whole body is swollen and itchy. I had to leave at two in the morning, not only that there was bugs in my bag, clothes and everything.

L'arrivée autonome, la réactivité du personnel (en ligne), la possibilité de se garer dans la rue

Le bruit de la ventilation, non réglable. Ca souffle très fort toute la nuit. Le personnel à eu la gentillesse de changer l'air froid en température ambiante, mais l'appartement restait très bruyant (extérieur et intérieur).

There is a molding mattress in the closet of the room x. we stayed at. It smelled like mold. The bed was super itchy I'm not sure if it was bugs or if they haven't cleaned the sheets properly. We were promised a bath but there wasn't one, we were also told that there was a washer and dryer in the unit but it was staff only. The floors were very dirty and looked like they weren't cleaned for decades.

The room was a half finished basement. No ceiling, cobwebs, musky, a fan that didnt work no controllable heat or air. Not nearly as pictured on the website. Guests above us spent the entire time we were there (which was only 3 hours max) banging, stomping, slamming. We had to leave and find other accommodations. I've never had a worse stay anywhere thats I've stayed before. The owner refused a refund even after all the issues we had. False advertisement at its finest. Bookin.com needs to rectify this ASAP
