"Incredibly small! We called the place a prison cell."

Incredibly small! The room only fits the bed inside. Compressor noise running all night long, completely ruins sleep. Guests in neighboring rooms talking loudly, coming in and out in the middle of the night, total chaos. The bedroom window has no curtains, absurdly bright light as soon as the sun comes up. There isn't even a table to eat on or put your things. You have to eat on the bed and leave everything on the floor. No face towels, no bath mat in the bathroom. Only bath towels. The listing mentions air conditioning, but there isn't any. The neighborhood is dangerous, you feel scared walking on the streets. We called the place a prison cell.

The instructions were really clear to get in and they were quick to respond to texts. The deposit process felt weird because you had to do it via paypal beforehand but they were quick to refund it after my stay.

It was uncomfortable texting a picture of my ID and sending a stranger money through paypal but I put paper over the sensitive information and they were fine with that and the deposit/refund process was pretty quick

"I was not happy... bad experience.."

The location is near to the office I visited.

When we went out the house/room and came back, suddently the front door password error, and it took long time to restore, we were staying outside for long time at night time. As a foreigner, it was difficcult for me to communicate with the host for I didn't have local phone data to contact, only by email, the host has no whatsapp. Fortunately I have a friend living in Philly who could communicate by local phone with the host to settle the password errors, it also took long time, bad experience,.

Property responded promptly and sent an email code. Place was a bit run down and bed a bit soft and needed better blinds but for the money was a good small apartment that had everything I needed.

Property required additional $100 security deposit before sending the code... They already have my credit card info so I don't know why. Better blinds please!
