Historic Townhouse Oasis with En-suite Bathroom

A standard room with an attached bathroom.Linen towels are provided.

Too much noise during late night and early morning hours from some of the nearby rooms.

Only good aspect was it being better than nothing.

The room we were given was not shown in any of the photos on Booking.com. We were placed in a basement unit that was very stuffy and uncomfortable. When I brought this up, the property agents repeatedly dismissed my concerns, saying “we do not provide false information” and insisting everything was accurate, even though the room was clearly different from what was advertised. They also refused to offer any form of compensation. Later, there were gunshot noises either right outside or within the complex. Police arrived and said it was their second visit in three days for similar reports. When I told the agents about this, they simply replied that “everything is safe because we have cameras,” which did not make me feel safe at all. Overall, the experience was misleading, uncomfortable, and unsafe, definitely not what was promised on the listing. They would often say, “Unfortunately, we cannot list the different types of rooms we have.” That’s understandable; however, you are able to post photos of the actual rooms you offer. You shouldn’t only post pictures of the nice ones and then place guests in a completely different, dirty room. Also... Beware. If they place you in the basement, you can hear everything that goes on in the apartment. From yelling, footsteps, everything. It is placed right underneath the entrance of the apartments. Noises did not stop until 3AM. Ended up checking out early. Was supposed to stay for 3 nights, but only stayed for 1 night.

Pitoyable. Mauvais état : moisissure partout Climatisation inconfortable et le réglage était dans une boite fermée à clé : nous ne sommes pas des esquimaux, on était congelé. Pas de frigidaire, aucun espace de cuisine commune. De fait, c’est le plus mauvais séjour aux Etats Unis d’un très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Je réclame le remboursement comme expliqué a l’établissement dès mon arrivée.

Struttura fatiscente , non dovrebbero nemmeno chiedere la cauzione per quello che viene offerto ! Il lavandino era sporco , l aria della camera gelida, lo staff si è preoccupato di risolvere ma faceva comunque freddo !

La stanza era al secondo piano con bagno privato.. tranquilla.

Hanno richiesto la caparra fuori booking e ho dovuto pagare un'ingiusta commissione di circa 5 dollari. Non si fa cosi.
