"Cleaning standards are low to non-existent."

Filthy. Room and bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was blood splattered on a wall, all over a chair, on the floor of the bathroom, and smeared on the toilet. We left, and after a long battle got our money back. Unsanitary and unsafe. Good location but not useable unless you’re willing to tolerate risk of blood borne viruses.
