DO NOT BOOK! SO DIRTY AND HAS RATS!!!!!!!!!!I booked this property with my 3 small children as a nice get away as we were in Birmingham and didn’t want to cut our day short only to realise what a bad idea it was the guy contacted me to say the property may or may not be clean to only arrive and it was beyond disgusting! Toilet wasn’t flushed bed full of men’s black hair cups in the sink and rats in the apartment I seen one run straight to the hole in the bathroom AVOID AT ALL COST I contacted the owner multiple times to as for my money back as we DID NOT STAY! only to be ignored save your money and book some where else!

ABSOLUTE CON ARTIST - DISGRACE!! Booked this accommodation on Sunday , got to the location , keys were in key safe, place was FILTHY, hair everywhere, bins full of wine bottles , beds unmade , obviously hadn’t been cleaned after last guests. Called the owner who turned up and said he didn’t realise booking had let it out again. Told us to contact booking.com for our refund and then refused it !!! If you read the reviews and Q&A on the listing it is clear to see this isn’t the first time he has tried to deceive people. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

The place was in a great location

The bathroom felt damp and unclean. We didn't have wifi on the first night.

It's a good sized appartment that feels like a home from.home.

Internet only worked when you wanted ir on only one of the four days I was there. The heating failed on the last night as well. It's opposite a school as well, so people have a habit of parking across the drive! The Landlord promised to "look after me" with a discount on another stay there, but never followed up on his offer. Dissapointing.

Ideal location for our visit to Barnt Green and a parking space on the drive outside. The flat was interesting and had all the normal facilities .

It was tired- for example two of the settees had broken legs and springs . The kitchen was well equipped , toaster , kettle , fridge etc but there was no washing up liquid or soap ,an old sponge and no drying up cloths . It was a cold night and it didn't look as if there were any heating controls that we could use. Some small improvements would make a big difference

The house is cozy and comfortable with good environment and sapcious living rooms. The utilities are complete and helpful for middle and long term living. The positon is also good since it closes to the railway station. The house is very helpful to family living.

The warmer is not working well and the rooms are a little bit old.
