"Absolute Jem of a place"

I had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast. The place was spotlessly clean, and the host went above and beyond—exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful. For the price, it was an absolute steal, especially with breakfast included. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a stone’s throw from the train station—and the check-in process was smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

"Great value and a good location."

Best value I found in County Durham. The host Sean was very friendly and made sure to welcome me and explain the available facilities.

Unfortunately as this location is near a hospital. The on street parking require a permit for specific hours. Thankfully the host is able to provide parking permits for guests for these times. But as it is public street parking, spaces can be limited.
