Breakfast was a great touch in the morning, wasn’t expecting it Pre-arrival communication and information sent out was very useful Sean (the owner) was very friendly, but also respectful of our privacy Lots of extra little touches - robes, towels, trays to bring food back to your room, additional duvets incase of cold, just to mention a few

Nothing really. It was spot on for a night away

The house is on a quiet side street and our ensuite room was very comfy and quiet. The arrival instructions were very clear and our host very helpful. The morning continental breakfast was a bonus, it was a casual arrangement to help ourselves. For room hot drinks it was good to have real milk from the shared fridge on the landing. We walked to the Kynren show which took us around 35 minutes (the Kynren path down the hill after the bridge took us 10 mins).

It didn't affect us but be aware some rooms share a bathroom.

Nothing everything perfect

Warm and welcoming, big room, nice bed, good quality tv, definitely shocking considering the price (in a good way) felt like it should be at least double for a night.

Nothing it was great, maybe a fresher smell, it was quite old, had a elderly smell especially with the bedsheets, but can understand if that's their main clientele.

Everything the comfort the safe vibe the quietness and only a very short walk to a beautiful town

Our stay was our second visit, which tells you a lot in itself, and it didn't disappoint, we were welcomed by friendly host, who could not have been more helpful, It is in a perfect situation, close to many place for food, and a supermarket within walking distance, will certainly be returning at some point. There wasn't much to dislike really, for what we wanted it was ideal, one thing if I wanted to advise rather say dislike, is the bathroom, when you come out in the dark, it's a few feet before sensor turns light on, when unsteady on feet can be unnerving, but something easily put right.
