"We had a lovely time four ladies of a certain age and it was warm cozy walking distance toward the immunities"

Lovely kitchen warm and cozy rooms, which is what we needed as it was freezing and snowing lovely outlook onto the back garden

One minor thing the downstairs bathroom was a little bit cold

The courtyard is a little overgrown and the bins were full of rubbish which were not emptied during our stay despite contacting the letting agency.

"Great stay over Christmas and would definitely recommend"

Location was brilliant, great pub round the corner. Size wise it was perfect for 4 adults.

The pots and pans were not really suitable for cooking for 4, a larger pan is needed.

Great location, quiet street with parking yet only a few minutes walk into the centre. Very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Host was excellent also with great communications.
