Luxury Studio Nestled in the Sussex Countryside

Loved the features, kitchen was more high spec than I have at home! The view from the window was the highlight, beautiful views across the fields.

The shower had great pressure but because of the sloped ceilings, it made washing my hair difficult. A tiny niggle for what was otherwise a perfect stay!

It was excellent all round, quality, location, surroundings, little extras, fittings, stunning view etc, etc

This is a delightful property. We loved waking up, opening the curtains and drinking in the stunning scenery. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment is high spec and well provisioned. The hosts also kindly left a bottle of wine and milk for us.

A stunning and superb place to stay, beautifully decorated and a real joy on every level. Very welcoming hosts, including their lovely dog. I would recommend this stunning place to anyone and everyone!!

There was nothing to be bettered!!

A lovely place to stay for a few days while exploring the beautiful and historic landmarks in the area. You even have one right outside the door! The furniture and fixtures were of high quality, similar to what we already own, which made us feel at home. The area is rural and quiet (apart from the many chirping birds in the morning :), the double glazing is a saviour in the early hours! The kitchen is very well equipped for its size and the appliances were of a high quality which made our stay extra special. The bed was comfortable, and the space was wonderfully cozy. We loved it and would be happy to visit again. Thank you Rebecca for making it memorable.

Personally, we were very happy.

Lovely, quiet, semi rural location and the Loft was beautifully equipped with quality linen and furnishings. The bed was very comfortable and all areas were spotlessly clean. Once we’d worked out how to operate the multifunction oven and found the ovenware in the drawer below, we were good to go, especially as our host had kindly provided a bottle of wine to welcome us! The compact kitchen had everything we needed. There’s an excellent Sainsbury’s a couple of miles away for self catering, along with a Tesco Express nearby. The free internet was excellent, helping us to plan our days out, and the apartment is ideally situated for exploring Battle and all the National Trust properties in the area, along with Rye, Hastings, etc. We really enjoyed our short break staying at Swallow’s Loft.

My husband struggled a bit with the sharply sloping ceilings, including in the shower.
