Luxury Studio Nestled in the Sussex Countryside

Lovely, quiet, semi rural location and the Loft was beautifully equipped with quality linen and furnishings. The bed was very comfortable and all areas were spotlessly clean. Once we’d worked out how to operate the multifunction oven and found the ovenware in the drawer below, we were good to go, especially as our host had kindly provided a bottle of wine to welcome us! The compact kitchen had everything we needed. There’s an excellent Sainsbury’s a couple of miles away for self catering, along with a Tesco Express nearby. The free internet was excellent, helping us to plan our days out, and the apartment is ideally situated for exploring Battle and all the National Trust properties in the area, along with Rye, Hastings, etc. We really enjoyed our short break staying at Swallow’s Loft.

My husband struggled a bit with the sharply sloping ceilings, including in the shower.

Brilliant location,well equipped,very comfortable bed.Would love to come again! A fantastic outside patio to see the setting sun on a summer’s evening.

Maybe some tablespoons. It didn’t bother us and obviously it’s a loft,but specification should mention stairs in case people not mobile arrive to stay.Not negatives for us just thought it was worth mentioning.
