Great location, walkable distance to all highlight of Nizwa. Welcoming staff and comfortable room, wifi is stable

"Best budget choice in Nizwa"

At the reception, Emmjay is the sweetest guy in town, always smiling and willing to help. Fantastic location: the Fort and the souk are 5 minutes away on foot. A supermarket is just by the corner of the guesthouse. AC available with no extra charge.

There a little room for improvement on the cleansing side (showers). But guests should be less messy 😆

Der Hotel Manager ist supernett und hilft bei allen Fragen.
