Central location, clean, good size, good facilities Excellent sundries provided

Lane to property next to pub is tight to drive, but that can't be helped and glad to have parking outside

Comfortable lounge and bed. Central location . Clean and fresh looking. Well equipped. Very nice.

There were no instructions for working the coffee machine which was a shame as coffee pods were provided.

Lovely clean flat with everything required for a comfortable stay. Whisky was a nice touch and much appreciated. Even managed to see the dolphins.

Toilet seat needs attention, instructions for microwave would help, bed a bit firm but that’s just personal taste.

"Superb"

Very well appointed & spacious. Nice extra touches provided by the owner. Although located on the main road it was very quiet. It was a 30 minute walk to Chanonry Point where we loved watching the dolphins - 90 minutes after low tide.

"Great location for getting out and about on the Black Isle"

Good location for exploring the Black Isle and other parts of Inverness and Wester Ross. The property had everything you could need including oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc. including some goodies eg.Tunnocks! The property is next to a pub but that really wasn't an issue at all as it was all pretty quiet, and there's parking at the rear. It's within walking distance of a couple of good eating places and across the road from Fortrose Cathedral. It's also close to Rosemarkie where there are a couple of pubs/eating places too.

The wifi didn't work for us and it was very difficult to get phone signal too. The hot water ran out a couple of times when trying to take a shower, though we later discovered there is a booster switch.

Kitchen, decor, nice little touches. Warm and comfortable.

Wobbly toilet seat, slow flowing sink in toilet, tempremental coffee machine, no decaff coffee.
