Riad Symba Exclusive with New Heated Pool and Breakfast Included

A quelques minutes à pieds de la place jemaa el fna, et du palais baya, quartier calme et à proximité du palais du Roi, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Didn’t have any outdoor spaces. The new heated pool took too long to heat and even then was only like warm.

The location of the riad is perfect! It is very centrally located; it takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the Koutoubia Mosque or the main square. And yet it is wonderfully quiet because it is tucked away a bit further back in a small alley. The riad itself is also absolutely beautiful overall. . There was a very nice lady who came everyday in the morning to make us a great breakfast, which was included in the price.

The Title is a bit misleading. While the breakfast is included, the heated pool ist not. You can use the pool as it is (cold, which was great at 30degrees Celsius outside), but if you want to use it heated up you have to pay an extra 30€ (per day!), which I find quite a lot considering the already quite high price. It should also be noted that every room has a bathroom, but with no doors between bed and bath (ergo toilet). There was a construction site in the neighbouring building (April 2026).

I love the stuff and the location of the hotel.

Rachida made us great breakfast. With multiple options that change per day. Besides setting everything up she also cleans everything after u are finished. Staff is friendly and will contact u via WhatsApp. Located very closeby the center of Marakech, no taxi needed for a day at the center. The appartment is really nice/beautiful, photo's don't lie. They asked for a good review, 9 or higher will help them the most (booking being booking I guess). I think it's more helpful to be honest instead to help future guests out. That's why I will write somethings down at the feedback.

Title said breakfast and heated pool included. Heated pool is in fact NOT included. We decided not to pay the €30 extra to do so. Would be nice to change the title since it's not fair to say in the title it comes with it while it does not. Wifi wasn't working during our stay. When we were there the weather was a bit stormy, that's what caused the issue. They tried calling the provider for us but it couldn't be helped. But they atleast tried to fix the issue. Because of the weather we also had some water getting into the appartment which made the stairs to upstairs quite dangerous/slippery. We traveled with car. It's basically mission impossible to park the car somewhere safe near by. Asked staff for advice. There is parking nearby but when we arrived it was full. This part wouldn't be an issue for people arriving by plane or travel with a rental vehicle. Riad is quite hidden, have to pass a bunch of narrow streets to find it. Can be a bit unsafe while traveling with a small group in the dark (especially woman only club) since the people that will help u find the riad will ask u money for their service. Their service being guiding u to the riad, small amount of money will end up in a screaming match. Luckily there are people in military uniform nearby that will step in but they barely speak English.

La situation géographique du riad est correcte et permet de se déplacer assez facilement. Le personnel a également été conciliant : même si le petit déjeuner est normalement servi de 9h à 11h, la personne sur place a fait l’effort de venir plus tôt lorsque nous avions des excursions avec un départ à 8h30, ce qui est appréciable.

Le riad est assez difficile à trouver car il n’est pas indiqué clairement. À notre arrivée, la propreté était moyenne et il n’y a pas de service de bagagerie : étant arrivés à Marrakech à 9h, nous n’avons pas pu déposer nos bagages avant 12h. De plus, certaines informations importantes ne sont pas précisées dans l’annonce, comme le supplément de 30 € par jour pour la piscine chauffée ou les horaires du petit déjeuner (9h–11h), ce qui peut être contraignant lorsqu’on a des excursions prévues tôt le matin.
