Great location a short walk to the beach and walking street. Very lovely staff

The shower pressher was quite poor, making it hard to get clean

Location was good - a short walk from Pattaya beach. The owner was good when we said that we were leaving and even paid for our tuk tuk when we left after only one night.

The pool was dirty and unhygienic and was surrounded by dead plants - no room around and there was a huge hole in the wooden steps leading up to it. Massive issue for safety! The area outside the room was dirty including the glass doors. We only booked this property due to the pool and had to leave after one night and book into another resort nearby for the rest of our stay.

Very Friendly Owners and just 3 walk minutes to the beach. Away from the hustle of walking street.

The price is high for what is offered. But this is true for every restaurant and hotel in koh lipe so it's understandable.

The bathroom could benefit from improved ventilation, and it would be helpful to have the option to cancel reservations made months in advance.

Close to the beach and very helpful owner, very homely stay

Staff were amazing and so helpful and accommodating. We asked to move rooms for noise and when we had gotten back from our day out, they had moved all of our stuff for us to a different room, super kind.

The walls are too thin unfortunately! you can hear the conversations of neighbours which is not good for sleeping. Apart from this the stay was good!

Good location, very friendly staff and AC was great.

Pool was not clean at all, not really usable. This was a selling point and main use of our interest so not worth the money we spent. Cockroach was in the shower, no fridge.

The staff were super helpful and using the stand up paddle board and snorkels were a bonus. Breakfast was basic, but good.
