Good Mood Resort

Amazing family hotel, people are super nice. Great pillows and bed. Free banana & coffee in the morning. Close to the beach and walking street.

Very friendly staff at the resort, and the pickup and drop off service to the ferry is a very nice touch as well as the free bananas, coffee, and tea in the morning. The hotel is very close to the beach as well.

Unfortunately, the hotel room doesn't look like the photo's anymore. There is mold in the bathroom, we had a cockroach as well, the shower rack was removed and the towels had stains on them (which wasn't nice to dry yourself with). We slept here only for two nights but actually haven't closed an eye because of the noise coming out of the other rooms. Soundproofing is nonexistent, we could hear snoring and phone alarms going off. We had the bad luck to sleep in between neighbors who came back very late at night and other neighbors who woke up very early. Something to keep in mind when you're a light sleeper. Of course, not everything was bad the resort could do with a very good update on all the facilities.

Very cool place! The owners are great people. I don't remember the man's name, but he was very funny! He helped us inflate the flamingo, took us to the ferry and to the hotel. We gave a small simple gift from our country, a russian matryoshka doll, as a sign of gratitude. Thanks! We will stay here again when we visit the island Koh Kipe!

Sometimes there were mosquitoes in the room, but this is not critical and owners used smoke to disable them =)
