Very nice and friendly family that prepared very good breakfast and dinner for. The accomodation is good if you like to escape busy Ella and go for a walk to Ella rock. Stunning view! Must do.

The view from the room was AMAZING!!!! We were able to have the great breakfast made by the hosts, whilst watching sunrise on the balcony. The hosts were a lovely local family who took great care of us. We would have been lost without them, they organised tuktuks whenever we needed them (even as early as 4am), for a reasonable price also. The host even drew a map for hiking Ella’s rock which was so helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. Slightly further out of Ella but so worth it for the view!! We will definitely be back.

Completely lovely stay. Huge room with beautiful view from the balcony, super clean bathroom. Hosts were wonderful, very kind and accomodating, and arranged tuktuks whenever needed for a good price (about 500slr to get into town - walkable but a bit of a journey). Even one before 5am so I could do a sunrise hike. It is a bit further out of town but for me worth if for the view and it was very easy to arrange transport when needed (even during relatively heavy rain).

The property itself offered an awe-inspiring panoramic view of both the small Adams Peak and Ella Rock. Each morning, as we woke up to this breathtaking scene, it felt like a gift from nature. Our room was a haven of comfort – spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with a generous queen-sized bed complete with a mosquito net that offered peaceful nights of rest. The bathroom's stylish design added a touch of luxury to our stay, making us feel pampered amidst the tranquility of Ella's landscapes. However, the true gem was the petite terrace that served as the perfect setting for evening relaxation and dining. Against the backdrop of nature's beauty, we enjoyed moments of tranquility and savored memorable meals as the sun set on the horizon. In essence, our homestay experience in Ella was a perfect blend of stunning vistas and warm-hearted hospitality.
