Amazing host, very clean and quiet. Sara invited us for breakfast and waited for us two times even when we were really late with check out and luggage drop. I love this place!

Great location for a short stay. Nice simple continental breakfast and it was great to be able to leave our bags there while we waited for our train. Very clean and good size.

A little noisy as communal breakfast area/ arrival area is beside the rooms.

Fantastic location, exceptional warmth and hospitality, very comfortable room and a lovely breakfast. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely return.

Our hostess was absolutely fabulous. She welcomed us with open arms, helped in every way, summoned a taxi for us, helped with train tickets, explained the area and made suggestions!!

Very, very helpful and welcoming host after our flight delays. Beautiful bedrooms. Even chandeliers in the bathrooms. Generous wardrobe. Great breakfast.Juice and nibbles for our use during the day from the communal kitchen. Location was fabulous for us. Close to piazza, tourist bus. Shops. Restaurants. Just a shame we couldn’t have stayed longer!

Just need stronger towel rails for the bathroom.

The host is most friendly and welcoming. She gave us good advise on how to spent the day for 1 day Bologna. There is a large elvator to take your luggage upstairs. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are new. Everything is very clean. For breakfast there were several freshly baked cakes. You can make yourself the perfect coffee with the Delonghi.

The matrass could have been better. Not enough milk to go with the cereals.

Central location. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Great host. Good breakfast.
