Casa Nina Bologna Centro

I’m not sure if you could find a better location, right across the street from the Piazza Maggiore. Although it is in the centre of all things cultural, the apartment was very quiet. The hostess went beyond all expectations. One of the best stays in all our years of travel. You will find yourself fortunate to get accommodations there! I can only add superlative after superlative to describe these accommodations.

Sonia was a vivacious and friendly host! She greeted us on arrival and chatted with us, giving us suggestions for what to do and see. She also made a dinner reservation for our first night. Casa Nina is five minutes on foot from the Piazza Maggiore and within easy walking distance of everything in Bologna centro. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The plentiful breakfast was around a big round table in the kitchen / common room, where we could talk with other guests. Access to both the front door to the building and the door into the B&B was through an app that worked flawlessly for us. We didn't need a key when we came back to pick up our luggage on the day of our departure. Sonia arranged a taxi for our onward travel and even packed goodies for us to enjoy along the way.

Everything worked beautifully. Check in was very smooth and anytime we wanted! The hostess was the most helpful and thoughtful service representative I have ever met! She made the experience so easy and her recommendations were spot on!

Casa Nina is in a brilliant location - very close to Piazza Maggiore so fabulous for restaurants, walking and the sights. But of course the distinguishing feature of Casa Nina is its fabulous host, Sonia. She made us feel very welcome, had lots of information available about things to see in Bologna and served up tasty local treats for breakfast (as well as some standard continental breakfast offerings). Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Sonia our host is super excellent! She goes out of her way to accommodate you, help you , answer your questions and is super easy to communicate with and gets back to you quickly . Her rooms are spotless and modern ( we stayed in the family suite ) very spacious and beautiful. On another note, just to show that she cares she went out of her way to bring us an adapter as our adapter was not working in our room . She truly gives her guests the V.IP. Treatment . Thank you Sonia for making our stay exceptional 😘.
