Perfect location. Fabulous host. Sonia gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. . Nice breakfast. Couldn't ask for a better stay! Definitely recommend!

Sonia is the best host, so friendly and upbeat it was a joy to stay at her place. The breakfast was fantastic, and we loved her background stories on the different pastries and cakes. Her place is located exactly where you want be location in lovely Bologna my new favorite city in Italy. Don't hesitate book this property!

Everything was perfect!

The room was big, airy with good en-suite. Breakfast in the large common area was great. To accommodate our schedule, Sonia arrived an hour earlier than usual with plates of local savoury and sweet delicacies on top of the cereals,fruit, yoghurts, jams and breads already there. She found us a taxi and gave us some food for our journey. A super host.

We were a bit apprehensive about self check in but Sonia’s instructions were clear and it worked well. She knew when we’d arrived and was contactable if we had needed help.

Sonia was an amazing host, so welcoming and kind with plenty of tips. Very easy check-in and she kindly let me work in the common space for a bit on either side of check-in. Great location and very friendly atmosphere. Delicious breakfast.

Such a lovely place to stay in Bologna. Clean renovated rooms with a great location. Sonia was an incredible host, so warm, welcoming and very helpful. Every day we had a lovely breakfast of fresh cakes, coffee, meats and cheeses prepared for us. She has some great recommendations for things to see and where to eat as well!! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Great location yet very quiet. Lovely room and bathroom. Breakfast was a well Stocked continental style, very nice. Were met by the lovely Sonia who made us feel very welcome. 💯 recommended for a visit to Bologna.

Good breakfast with selection of traditional local specialities. Host was very helpful and provided us with a lot of information/ recommendations. Great location, right in centre of city :-)
