Lakeside Eco Pod

Grandiose Aussicht und ein super bequemes Bett. Das Vermieterpaar war so lieb, uns mit einem Backblech und Besteck auszuhelfen, da wir unseren Grillrost vergessen hatten. Also sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke noch einmal dafür!!!

The owners were friendly.

There was no light in the outhouse i.e. toilet. We had to ask for water, otherwise there wasn't any, even for handwashing. To be fair, we were told there was no running water before arriving but thought there'd at least be provision for handwashing, which is so basic. The door didn't fit the frame so the strong wind whistled through noisily all night.

Beautiful location. David and Julie were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The location was at the top of a hill with amazing views.

There is limited washing facilities but to be fair it is an eco pod not a hotel and it’s priced accordingly

Very friendly welcome by David who walked is to the pod. Very kind to also check on us the second day to see if we had everything we needed. The view was absolutely beautiful. The quietest sleep we have ever had - you can only hear the birds and no sound if traffic. We had excellent weather which just made the trip. Beautiful walks nearby and compost loo very clean. There is a clamping tent nearby but still private. No other guests when we visited so our own slice of countryside heaven. If you like being outdoors and enjoy relaxing for a few days, we would most definitely recommend to stay. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay. Just what we needed.

The only suggestion would be to bring an eye mask as no curtains in the pod. It's great to wake up with views over the water, though!

Need to have soap in the toilet and towel so can wash hands after being to the toilet Would be lovely to have tea making facilities.

Beautiful farm location with amazing views. Lovely hosts, happy to help where they could. Very peaceful

Would be nice to have some sort of curtain / blind , views are beauty but was very light, very early. Would be good to have a source of water, we bought several bottles from shop for cleaning teeth, Hands, boiling etc.
