Carolyn was so lovely and friendly, she let us check in early as we were at a wedding, fantastic communication before, beautiful room. Amazing sleep and beautiful garden, absolutely perfect

A perfect place for us to make an overnight stop. It was quiet, very comfortable and there was space to park on the drive in front of the house. I appreciated having a guests' lounge area where I could relax before going to bed. We were made to feel very welcome by Carolyn and enjoyed exploring her magnificent garden and meeting Suzy the cat.

As others have said the breakfast is basic, but it is advertised as such and we didn't mind as we were only staying one night. It took us a little while to find the property as it is set back from the road. We worked it out in the end, but some more detailed directions about how to access it would have helped us to find it quicker.

Hosts, the cleanliness of the place and it's position in Mildenhall. Bed was comfy and thier were tea and coffee in the rooms. They needed until pots as well even though milk was provided. It was too hot for it to stay cool.. I had a very happy visit and left refreshed... I loved thier garden..so English and restful. 10/10

Breakfast for me wasn't enough as I do like a full English but I'm not complaining it's me. Would have liked ensuite facilities Still 10/10

Nice environment, very tidy, and orderly. The owners were great people, very lovely, and always willing and available to go outside of their comfort to help. I felt very homely living here for the few days
