Rooms were not Clean, Pictures that are shown rooms are completely different. I booked the room through booking.com just to make sure that advance payment is not being secured. Hotel staff reached out to me and demanded 2000/- advance on account of confirming the bookings. Since My train (Vande Bharat) was really late, I myself voluntarily informed the hotel that will be reaching late. Even i make and advance payment he was complaining about me checking in late. ....This was really strange. Reached hotel at 7 pm on demanding the tea, he was asking for CASH Payment of every Room service that we were ordering. He wanted to clear out the payment before even consuming the order :) this was little upsetting as after so much of exertion, he kept on asking Money. On hospitality i would rate this hotel " 0" in-fact if possible negative marks on it.
