I have booked room and mentioned my request for pre check in time during booking, however no communication was shared regarding the request. When I reach the property they denied that such requested as shared with them. They offered AC room as no standard room was available during such time. However my friend who lives in gaya told me that there are room still available but they denied. If property can't accommodate such request they must actively respond to such request so that guest can seek alternative option. It was 5AM guest reach to the property.
