The complex is quite beautiful and pleasant. It is surrounded by new buildings and is located by the water. The apartment had everything we needed, and all the equipment was new and of good quality. Special thanks to Tivo, who welcomed us and gave us some helpful tips about Vietnam — a very friendly and positive person.

The building security had some rather strange rules that prohibit sitting in the lobby with luggage while waiting for a taxi.

No gym and pool access, luggage storage in the other building across the big street (no pedestrian easy access so you need to take a Grab)

Overall amazing

Чистые апартаменты, шикарный вид. Большая площадь. Стиральная машина и сушильный шкаф. Расположение недалеко от центра и выход на набережную. При заселении сразу же встретили и показали апартаменты. Было очень приятное впечатление.

Цена объективно завышена. Ковер в центре гостиной был грязный, но апартаменты в целом довольно чистые (ковер мы убрали). Также присутствовал запах сигарет при заселении и неприятный запах со шкафа под мойкой. Косметика (шампунь и гель, больше ничего нет) не соответствуют цене.

the location was good. new and clean apartment.

the bed mattress needs to be upgraded, it was uncomfortable sleeping in it. the noise around the apartment was noisy, the noise was constant during the day and night. hardly get any sleep. too many construction around the apartment.
