On the booking page the advertising was misleading. It was showing gym, pool, virtual golf. My kids were very disappointed not being able to find what they were expecting.

Very nice views of the river and bridge. New and clean with all of the necessities.

Only downside is that it is in district 2 and most tours will not offer pickup from there.

So firstly, the host will provide you with another property for 3 BHK in the name of an upgrade that too without informing you or taking consent, but the property is not good at all. We were traveling as 3 Adults 2 kidsThe bidet and the other facilities in the toilet of the master bedroom are not working. The host asked me to use another common toilet between five people as he was not ready to get it fixed. There is no dishwasher as mentioned on booking.com. It is just dishwashing liquid and the sponge that is what he calls a dishwasher. There are ants in the property. There are bugs in the property. The vibe is so bad that we had to check out the very next day. I had booking for two nights, but I had to check out early the next day and the host said, and I That he could not refund or do anything about it. I called him just two hours after checking him on seeing all this things, but he was so insensitive to the things that you can use one bathroom for five people which is not OK please don’t book this property. The host is not at all Helpful as mentioned in other reviews and he had also stopped taking my calls as he could not repair or anything. even the service person of the apartment Property confirmed that the toilet flush is not working still there was nothing done on his part. I would also like like to take this out to booking.com that I have messaged them twice, called on the hotline number, but still they have also not done anything about it yet. I had to check out of this property and book another property and move there for the rest of the time in Ho chi mi city
