I really enjoyed how easy it was to get the keycards, the staff met me just as I arrived and took me up to the room and gave me a detailed explanation about everything. This gave me a more personal touch than most places I visited. Also the location was convenient, there was a 24/7 convenient store which made late night snacks enjoyable.

Modern property with some river views. Staff was friendly and very helpful overall. Very responsive and quick to answering questions. Easy check in. Spacious, a/c van pick up for the airport. Security at entrance of building. 24h reception was not specific to our apartment- therefore any potential issues could not be addressed with it.

Overall our stay was good and no major issues. Slightly disappointed with: 1). The cleaning: while apartment not obviously dirty, definitely can improve a lot: wipe surfaces ie desks, bathroom worktop, hover floor close to balcony 2). Pool - even though described as ‘standout features of the apartment’, we had no access. 3). Some ants- although my understanding is that this is an area issue, not specific to the building. 4). Taxi driver for airport was half an hour late! Luckily we still made our flight. 5). Kitchen can certainly enrich its utensils: while the kitchen itself was very good, it is very basic in its equipment ie no pans, cutting knives, serving spoons, chopping boards etc etc.
