The location.

Staff treatment. For example. I arrived at the hotel at night, and when I went up to the room, the hotel employee called demanding payment for the overnight stay. While I am a regular customer, and they know me well and they have my passport. Also, the reservation was made through the Booking website. While hotel fees are usually paid upon departure. This is uncivilized behaviour.
