Abu Alsoud Hotel

I am a regular guest of this hotel. Whenever I travel to Amman for the purpose of work, I prefer to live there. I loved the location, the room, the beautiful entrance to the hotel, and the nice treatment of the hotel staff.

The thing that annoys me most about this hotel is the poor internet service. Frequent outages to the extent that the Internet in this hotel is like a traffic light in the streets. The big problem is that 90% of my work is on the Internet. The world is starting to use artificial intelligence, while the Internet in this hotel is constantly cutting and its speed is like a turtle's speed. This is unbelievable.

I liked the location of the hotel because it is in the city center and around public transportation and restaurants. The room was generally comfortable, and the bed was comfortable as well.

I lived in this place before and it was very good, but I found it different this time and has become a bit bad. You must clean the bathroom of the water when you are done using it because the water comes out of the bathroom. Also, they put torn slippers in the bathroom, and of very poor quality. There is no shelf in the bathroom to put shampoo or soap on. The water hose to the shower is broken and oozes water. The dining table has broken legs. Some electricity points are not working.
